    • 21st December 2015 We have updated our privacy policy to provide clearer information about what data we collect and how your data is used.

    We will use information provided by you to build a profile of your behaviour and interests to assign segmentations to your profile.

    We will share limited information about your segmentation with third parties that engage us to carry out market research. These third parties may combine this information with other data collected about your browsing habits on their websites and those of their affiliated partners.

    We may share your data with companies and individuals that we employ to perform functions on our behalf. We will always ensure that such companies and individuals treat your information securely and confidentially.

    We have updated our rewards terms and conditions to update some timing and delivery information.

  • All orders will be processed within 5 days of receipt.
  • Order values of £79.99 or lower will be sent via first class post.
  • Order values of £80.00-£199.99 will be sent recorded delivery.
  • All other order values will be sent special delivery and signed for.
