When should I fill in my diary?
You can fill in your diary after you have bought any items that are of interest to us and earn points immediately.

We also need to know if you haven’t bought anything this week.


Due to technical issues, if you are logging in for the first time since Friday 17th March, you will need to use the "Forget Password?" link above and follow the steps below to reset your password.
You will then be able to access Consumer Pulse with your new password as normal.

  1. Click the "Forget Password?" link

  2. Type in your email address on the following page which will prompt an email to be sent to this address

  3. Click on the link in the received email

  4. Type your email address in again after which you'll be able to enter a new password
